Terms for using OpusWorks

By purchasing from OpusWorks, you agree to these terms. OpusWorks provides digital products and custom digital services, including spreadsheets, printables, and graphics generated or assisted by software systems.

You are responsible for providing accurate order details and clear requirements. Deliverables are produced based on the information submitted at checkout.

Payments and fulfillment

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• We may decline or cancel orders involving unlawful, abusive, or clearly out-of-scope requests.

Use of deliverables

Unless otherwise stated for a specific order, delivered files are licensed for the customer’s own business or personal use. You may not resell or redistribute deliverables as a standalone competing service unless that use was explicitly included in the purchased scope.

For support, billing questions, or disputes, contact info@opusworks.app before opening a charge dispute whenever possible.

Refund requests are handled under the posted refund policy.
