How OpusWorks handles customer data

OpusWorks collects only the information reasonably required to process orders, deliver digital products, respond to support requests, and improve service quality.

Information we may collect includes your email address, order details, service requirements, payment-related metadata provided by Stripe, and basic technical information generated when you use the website.

Payment card data is processed by Stripe and is not stored directly by OpusWorks.

How we use information

To create and deliver custom digital products.
To send order confirmations, delivery emails, and support responses.
To detect abuse, fraud, delivery failures, or operational issues.
To maintain internal order, fulfillment, and service records.

Sharing and retention

OpusWorks shares data only with service providers necessary to operate the business, including Stripe for payments and infrastructure vendors used for hosting, email delivery, and application operations.

We retain order and support information for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, customer service, legal compliance, and dispute handling.
