Refund Policy

Refunds, revisions, and delivery issues

Effective date: April 9, 2026

OpusWorks primarily sells custom digital work. Because fulfillment begins quickly after payment and digital files cannot be physically returned, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If your order was not delivered, was materially incomplete, or does not reasonably match the purchased scope, contact info@opusworks.app within 7 days of purchase.

Preferred resolution path

  • Delivery issue: we will resend the file or correct the delivery problem.
  • Reasonable fix request: we may offer revisions within the original scope of the order.
  • Unresolvable service failure: we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Non-refundable situations

  • Change-of-mind requests after work has materially begun.
  • Requests outside the originally described service scope.
  • Delays caused by missing or unclear customer requirements.
